Screen printing is great for larger volumes of work (500+ units) with less colours (generally 1 - 2 colours), it uses actual screen cut into a stencil of your design, ink is then used and transferred to the fabric.
Heat transfer has a large variety of use cases, from orders with lower quantity to complex designs with multiple colours. This involves pressing your design into the garment with a heat transfer machine.
